Growing up around the industry, Aazii developed an early appreciation for real estate by watching his mother help clients buy and sell homes and land. From accompanying her to showings to seeing firsthand what finding the right home could mean to a family, he learned early that successful real estate is about much more than a transaction — it’s about people, trust, relationships, and guiding someone through one of the biggest decisions of their life.

Today, Aazii brings that same people-first approach to his own clients.

He also has a passion for helping people relocate to Victoria. Having a genuine appreciation for the city and the lifestyle it offers, Aazii enjoys introducing newcomers to different neighbourhoods, communities, and opportunities while helping them discover where they can see themselves building their next chapter.

Real estate also suits Aazii’s personality — no two days, properties, negotiations, or clients are exactly alike. He embraces that challenge and enjoys finding solutions when the unexpected arises.

Away from real estate, Aazii believes strongly in giving back to his community and volunteers with the local police department. He also loves travelling and experiencing different cultures. Having visited more than a dozen countries before the age of 21, those experiences have broadened his perspective and strengthened his ability to connect comfortably with people from many different backgrounds.
