I was born and raised in beautiful Victoria, BC, where I've built a fulfilling life as a happily married family man with two amazing adult children who are integral members of the Victoria Property Group team. My journey has been marked by a deep passion for business and entrepreneurship, and my diverse background has greatly complemented my career in real estate.

I have been an award-winning Realtor since 2006, a testament to my unwavering commitment to excellence and my dedication to providing top-tier service to my clients. With 25+ years of combined real estate experience, $1 Billion in sales, and ranking consistently in the top 1% to 5% among the 1500+ local agents registered within the Victoria Real Estate Board, I guide, protect, and elevate a world-class experience for both Buyers and Sellers, as does my entire team!

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I served as a Business Development Manager at both Community Savings Credit Union and Bank of Montreal. During these roles, I focused on building relationships with local businesses, developers, and Victoria residents, with a primary emphasis on Mortgage Lending and Investments. But my entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there; I co-owned and operated a Pet Food Company, a Courier Company, and an Aromatherapy company before transitioning into the world of real estate.

With over 30 years of combined experience in business, finance, and real estate, I bring a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering commitment to detail to every client I work with. I understand the vital importance of building strong relationships and have cultivated key partnerships throughout Greater Victoria, Vancouver Island, and throughout North America that not only benefits my team but, more importantly, my valued clients.

Beyond my professional life, I have always been deeply committed to giving back to my community. I've coached various youth sports and even served as a board director and former President of a local Minor Hockey Association. Soccer was a significant part of my life growing up and into my early twenties, particularly as a proud goalkeeper. Locally, I played through the Gorge and Metro leagues, achieving numerous titles and even raising the Colonist Cup with Spectrum after a victorious match against Mount Doug in the early 90s. On a provincial level, I had the privilege of representing Team B.C. on the U-15 & U-17 teams and cherished the opportunity to play for the Canadian team in Europe.

In addition to my commitment to family and real estate, I'm dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This includes mindful eating, daily cardio and weight training to keep both my body and mind in peak condition. I also incorporate daily Cold Plunges in the morning and soothing steam saunas at night into my routine.

One of my proudest achievements is spearheading local food drives that have now become an annual tradition. Since 2013, our team has been providing annually, over 100 family Christmas Dinner hampers to families in need during the holidays. Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of my values and also my teams.
